Art & Reiki Circle

After participants are centered through meditation and reiki guided by Andrea, Nikki will then lead the group through a visualization to help participants envision their own “safe space”. Participants will work intuitively — and with compassionate guidance from Nikki — to paint, decorate, and embellish small boxes that each member gets to take home with them — to remind themselves of their worth, their safety, and their intuitive creativity, and to fill with objects and words that bring them joy and peace. We will be creating mindfully, focusing more so on the act of expression than the end result. Art is a beautiful conduit to help us focus our thoughts, feelings, and experiences into a physical object we can hold and see. No art experience is necessary! You may even surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.
